Haha. They’re no different than evolve 7” knobbies But to answer your question. Yes. They’re soft n grippy but again. I used to ride on pavement never off road

Commuting doesn’t have much wear, typically the lower the weight and lower the motor current the longer you will get from the tires

I wouldn’t recommend putting these tires on berg hubs.
ID is slightly bigger in this tires and that can cause tire hop/wobbles
