Difference between 1.6 and 1.7 is just a CANBUS protection improvement. If you don’t use CANBUS, 1.6 and 1.7 are the same.

But if i plan to upgrade someday it to a dualdrive, i better choose the 1.7 upfront?
1.6 works for CANBUS unless there is a CANBUS disconnection, but I wouldn’t use CANBUS even for a dual setup.

Nah, i was just hat it would be wiser to go with 1.7. Because if you plan to upgrade someday to dualdrive and you get a CAN disconnect, its not going to blow your focbox.
For my current plan i would Go single.
