Trampa Wings experiences

You can trim down the deck a bit and voila.

There is no CF involved and best method is a jigsaw with triangular teethed blade. Run at slow speeds.
Use masking tape from bottom side, so that you can draw a line on the tape. The cut from lower side.

I sanded the deck,. Not the wings

That is just to far over the line of manual work i’m willing to do. I dont even own tools to sand or grind. I’m sure it’s easy for most people in here. I just dont want to deal with it.

A little late to the party here
What hardness of tpu did you use, I only got one that is pretty soft, and it does not feel very stable after printing…

I don’t know the material because I bought mine from @SabreDynamics

Ours is a combination of materials. One part PETG which is hard and transfers the force to the deck and one part TPU which accomodates for flexing of the deck during use.

Created my own wings, they are hugging an old Trampa Carve deck (around 7 years old or something), looks similar to this one:

I didn’t want to just install extensions on both sides since I had no solution of how to take the current grip off, so I made a whole “block” on top instead, printed in PETG-CF, quite happy with the results.
