I’ve bend my titanium axels (Urban Carver) yes it is possible. Asked Frank about spare ones, but they do not have them in stock and buying whole hanger just to replace axels is ridiculous. Anyone made custom ones or know where I can gt it ? Steel, titanium ?
I can sell you these trucks as spares if you like

See if you can find the right size “threaded dowel pin”
you would then need to use use a dremel to make a small notch so the truck grub screw will catch it. should be simple enough.
I do, and work with titanium quite a bit, if you need some help. Are these 6al4v or some more exotic alloy?

Good luck with getting those axles out. I tried it ones but it was not possible for me and the tools I had. So I bought a fully new hanger.
