The one time I was flying a drone and a battery came out the lipo exploded and made a huge boom sound, but no actual damage anywhere

Unfortunately, standard fire extinguishers aren’t the best for lithium fires.

Fortunately, sand is great at neutralizing the reaction and is literally dirt cheap.

Keep a bag by you juuuuust in case.
