You can just get a cheap Vesc. It’ll be fine.
(Sure this untruth is somewhere up there already)
“I only need one board”
“hummie hubs will be shiped next week”
You shut your whore mouth.
Jamie’s a big boy now with big boy pants and a name tag and everything.
DH trucks are narrow not for stability, but rather grip. Since they’re closer to center axis there’s less scrubbing, and the wheels are able to maintain grip longer without sliding, meaning faster cornering speeds. It’s also a shorter lever arm with regards to the pivot, so it’s naturally easier to turn (see slalom longboarding). Wide trucks (~180mm) and big boards used to be the meta in DH in the early 2000s because of stability, but it has since transitioned to narrow trucks and smaller boards (20-23" WB) for their nimbleness. It’s much more difficult to master because it’s twitchy and grippy, but the level of skill and longboarding technology has come a long way.

LOL…I guess, technically, her thumb is in an extended position. Some might attach more significance to another extended digit though.

I blame the Pillow-Fuckers-Anonymous crew entirely for the one-sided gender representation this hobby has.
