Hey, I’ve recently upgraded my bluetooth module to its newest version, but now when I try to connect my module, it says “esc not detected”
How can I fix this?
Thanks!
Vescs are on 3.65

Did you change anything on your VESCs? That should not happen just because Metr Pro got updated. Please check that UART is enabled, RX TX wires are not damaged, etc

I haven’t, I upgraded the firmware during the middle of a ride (when we had a break), I upgraded it, waited for the bootloader to reach 100%, and then when it tried to reconnect itself, it showed “pairing” near the green flashy logo, and it showed this when I went to the settings menu.

There isn’t a way to fix this :frowning: ?

You can try a few things

Go to the phone system settings - bluetooth, forget the module
Open Metr app, scan for module again, enter pairing code
If it doesn’t help, collect the logs and send to support@metr.at

Getting this on my modes today?! When I try to apply a mode. Very strange.

G’day all, I updated app and since doing so I cannot use expert settings. It’s says communication failure. But I can see stats on front app home screen like battery, temp etc.

Anyone else see this happening?

DAVEGA configuration is still in progress and I missed one place where it has to be disabled for now. It will be working soon. Cool to see more people having both Metr Pro CAN and DAVEGAX in their setups!

App update v4.8.9 with a quick fix submitted to stores

If the issue persists, please send logs from Metr app → Settings → Show Logs to support@metr.at so we can investigate!

I unfortunately couldn’t replicate the issue. Tried it with 2 metrs.

Module firmware and app are all up to date?

Thanks for the logs! I found the reason, it was a bug that only happens when you have LLT BMS. Will fix that soon! If you want to use Modes in the meantime, you can unpair LLT BMS.

Hello!

Is it possible to implement a feature to sort the modes in the Modes tab?
Just to be clear, something as simple as this:

1 share mode
2 delete mode
3 import mode

Ok but it’s quite tricky, especially with 2+ modes. Isn’t it?
