Im glad you were able to find a man to assist you when your bolt was on a little too tight. ![]()
Funny thread. @Skunk good shit.
Why don’t you go roast some marshmallows in your backseat.
Gotta earn my title after all
Remove the truck from the board so you can get access from all sides. Stick the wheel and therefore the end of the bolt in an ice/salt bath. Let it soak for a good half hour. Put the lockscrew back in just a bit to block the hole. Put your heat gun on the hanger without hitting the bolt. Try 60 seconds, then 90, etc.
Oh dont get your skirt all in a twist!!!. Your getting predictable skunky… nothing worse than a troll that repeats jokes Come up with new material. In the meantime, you make sure to send thanks to whatever man helped our lil skunk.
Says the guy that used my joke as a comeback…
Wasn’t worth the effort for a real trolling.
Im not the troll… im the Darwin award winner!!!
Oh and to keep track on this thread,
I just had a shoulder bolt stick. I tightened a bit, pushed into the bolt as I unscrewed and voila
Ok I have tried heat and now I cant screw it in or out its Just permanently stuck, but will the axel turns freely???

I tried that, couldnt get it to work
I know its a pain in the ass… but i had a damaged hanger. Contacted Surfrodz and they replaced it for free. Just took 3 weeks.
how do I get the wheel then???
Angle grinder. Cutting wheel.
Are they actually replying to emails!?!? I thought they went all enertion And didnt reply. You can always use an angle grinder to cut the shoulder bolt and get the wheel. Just send the bolt stuck in the hanger
AHHHH fuckkkkkkk…
Ok. I had this. It was my fault and unrelated, but I put it in the freezer for an hour, wheel and all, then put the hanger in a vice and removed the axle.
Destroyed the hanger. But I got it out.
That hanger is most likely fucked BTW.
Not like im gonna use it, The heXL are just too sexy.
In that case, you could try putting the hanger in a vice, then use vice grips to pull and unscrew the shoulder bolt out.
