I’ve been using a simplified version of this setup for charging my ebikes, onewheels, etc. You only need the charge controller (e.g. MPT 7210A clone) and a solar panel - or another battery (e.g. 48V ebike) instead of the solar panel, since the charge controller can work as a battery-to-battery interface, as long as the source battery has lower voltage (or drop it to 12 or 24V if needed but that requires one additional converter).
Just set the output voltage to 63V (for onewheel pint x) and done.
