I grew up riding shortboards so I’m extremely comfortable on them, even at high speed.
I’ve probably gone faster on my 29 inch deck than most people on here have gone on thier esk8 lol.

I started about 15 months ago, only a few rides on something less than 33" and all felt wrong. Longboards just feel so much more stable and secure
I’ve hit 42 on this guy.
I’ve snapped two pairs of trucks, ridden through snow until the bearings froze and rain.
I’ve repainted and grip this thing no less than a dozen times.
I love this board it’s been my Commuter for about 10 years now.

First ever ridden shortboard was with a mellow on the Tempelhofer Feld, Berlin. I was uncomfortable on that.

My mom and her friends had a halfpipe in my backyard when I was four.
She taught me how to surf and ride a skateboard before I ever set foot on a bicycle.
I’ve always been really comfortable on boards.
