Gotta love mismatched screws going into 3D printed mounts and drilling directly into urethane to pulley the wheels.
Iām pretty sure thatās one of those $50 Amazon boards too, trucks and wheels look exactly the same as one my brother got when we first got started. The wheels and bearings are shit, and somehow has more rolling resistance than my pneumies.

Tbf I have one connector thatās a bit wonky on mine but they have an excellent track record of helping customers. Assuming itās new.

Yeah brand new. My point was that a Ā£300 controller should have a bit better QC then just recieving it from supplier and sending it straight to the customer?
Surely it could also be dead on arrival because they evidently havenāt checked that before sending it.

I think the whole point is that āthis has passed their QC checksā. Not how to fix it, or what to do next.

Personally, I think the whole point was to publicly call out a company for a minor issue just to complain. If he wanted it fixed, heād do it himself or contact the company that provided the good.
