How long does customs usually hold on to a package?
I’m not sure if my Santa is in a different country but that is what I’m guessing because had to of happened, as it has been over 3 weeks since I was told my gift was on the way.
Taking out Christmas and New Years it has been 22 days since I was told it was shipped

Christmas time can be crazy.
The present I sent last year took months to get delivered. We all thought it was lost somewhere in Paris but from one day to the other it continued to move.
