I would say if the sellers name doesn’t give away the present then you could throw out the sellers name so everyone knows not to buy from them. I would tell the seller that you are going to be forced to give them bad feedback. Not sure if it works on AliExpress but always works on ebay. Lastly if you paid with Paypal you can always file a dispute with them and then they will get your money back.

@Briman ali works directly from your card (atleast for me) as for the sellers name, this vendor sells very specific things. I will disclose who they are and what they sell but only after it has been resolved

What do they have to drag this dispute along, if they truly did send to the correct address it would be easy to prove. But if aliexpress sides with it should mean your evidences are better tell them to expedite this refund.

They’re going on the fact they mailed it to the address listed in the order. But I put as proof that I had contacted them to make sure they write the address i gave them and not the one ali provided. They’re also trying to use my import fee payment as proof that ups was in contact with me and that it’s my fault.
Ali has already put a decision for a replacement or refund. But the seller isnt accepting the decision. So I’m stuck once again waiting for ali to follow through. Dont know what happens afterwards

Had an issue with a seller on Ali as well shipped regular postal service and I paid for Fedex. I just asked to be refunded the shipping fees as the parcel arrived very late and was stuck in the regular postal sorting facilities. it took more than a week for aliexpress to finally issue the refund.

DAMN @whaddys I have certainly been given quite a piece of kit! Slightly too large, but if I put on a couple pounds of pure muscle it could fit.
The wheels I do like very much. Now I can be that guy with mismatched wheels.
The lollypop in a bag was not the best choice. It’s everywhere. One of the clones it covered, it got all over one of the arm pads, and it’s all over me because I didn’t realize until I was peeling it off me. There was also a wheel sized hole in the black bag so I hope 4 wheels total is what you sent.
You went above and beyond!
