Out of interest, would this sealing also help when riding in the rain? I’m wondering how much I should worry about drying the board after a rainy ride 
Yes. It protect from moisture and worm. If not carbonise bamboo it get worm.

Hello friend. Because now is very busy time in China before spring festival we work as fast as we can to finish deck. But we think maybe finish by 12th December. If you ordering hub from us also these can finish end of December and if want can shipping together. I try share photo this week of progress from our Guangzhou factory.

Not sure for now. We have two more deck to come later. neoONE XL is our big deck and we make neoONE Mini for 31" deck with travel battery.

For sure, way more efficient. Work holding takes much more time that what people think. Set up a job takes a lot of time then repeat it way less.

I ask my production manager for our wood shop to making these as best and efficient. He come up with new method for making this deck.
