Battery pcb to make it easy and fast to build batterys!
Have Flexi BMS integrated in the pcb.
Flexi BMS:
Canbus connected
Can read/monitor cell voltage with Metr app or Davega display
Charge only
For double stack use up to 10A charger and for single stack use up to 5A charger
PCB:
Made for 21700 cells Samsung 40T
Comes with precut 0.3 mm nickel
No cables needed for safe and clean install! Have traces for canbus, charging current, discharge current, balance current
XT90 connector on the end to power the Vesc
XT30 connector on the end for charging input
Triple fuse system for maximum safety:
Nickel fuse for discharge 60A that is made for 60A continues and 90A burst up to 30 second (12s3p single stack)
Discharge fuse 100A (12s3p single stack) – easy swap
Charging fuse 15A – easy swap
Can stack on top of each other with canbus connection that connects automatic between the PCB
For double stack (2x12S3P =12S6P total) it will have XT90 on each side of the PCB so 1 12s3P per Vesc for 4wd. If using for 2wd double stack it comes with a cable to parallel connect the 2 12s3p to 1 Vesc
Thanks. Yes the bracket is a 3D printed riser (5mm). It’s on thingiverse under my account - ‘Toughook’
I’m working on some other variants, adding a little (in my opinion) flair on top of function. Even in this basic form I think they look decent and at 100% infill they are very strong and rigid. I put a generic rubber shock pad between the baseplate and riser.
This ain’t the 1st time Trampa has burned bridges, their SoP is to cutoff resellers when the reseller makes better stuff than Trumpa does. Ask @NoWind, @Kaly, @OKP, etc.
pretty much… I was near top speed around 45-50 when I ran him over I got insane death wobbles i think he got locked up in my rear tires because for a second I thought i’d ride be able to ride it out, then my rear end just drifted out from under me. I hit the ground head/shoulder first and slid to a stop. my @LAZYROLLING Jacket, helmet and TSG knee pads did the job and I didn’t even get one cut surprisingly. Only injury to me was the collar bone.
