Its fully stripped of mains and balance cables now. If it charges back up to full and maintains charge, I’ll drain it to storage charge, strip the whole thing down to single cells and rebuild it.

Your motor fan is inefficiently placed when riding forwards.

If you pull warm air away or cool air towards makes no difference (proven by science) 
But centripetal fans can only pull from the center?

They are more for the visual appearance anyways. the closed can motors don’t really care much for cooling fans as their surface is not really made to get rid of heat efficiently
