hope ya got it fixed… but if not… check the filament tube at the top of the extruder… do a cold pul of the filament… then take out the capton tube… freshly cut it flush… you may have to clear a filimant bockage at the junction on the tube and the extruder…
creality filament tube holders are cxrap… i bet you have a blockage right at the junction of the extruder…

Yeh I had a court order named against Jason personally and Enertion the company. Gave a copy of that to the bank before continuing with the lawyer, and the bank immidiately retrieved the funds. I still have a copy of the court order though, Jason never even turned up to court (he had teleconference as an option so no excuse).

You should’ve put money on that because I just took it apart and there’s definitely blockage when I took it apart. I’m thinking it was because I’m using their free filament that came with the box and it didn’t look that great anyways, but if that’s not it, is there anything I can do to fix this?

easy fix is to flush cut that pfe tube… and do the proper heat up installation…
the right thing to do is to take the fukker apart and eliminate the the blockage…

Probably the wrong place to add this but here goes anyways. The way I was able to get Jason Potter named personally is the receipts being given out for the purchase of the boards did not include enertions company name or ABN (australian business number), which is a legal requirement in Australia. This caused the judge to not be able to confirm who it was I had actually conducted business with, and that would be something that would need to be settled in court. Hence, Jason got tied to the suit personally.
Take it for what its worth, but its a glaring loophole in Jason’s defense behind his limited liability company. Not something that I’m going to bother taking up in court since I have my money.
Also, I’m not a lawyer dont take anything I say as legal advice.
