It would really be funny if it is the other way around. Lol
I think @skunk doesn’t know other kind of magic, remember he said he is into witches.
@rafaelinmissouri There’s usually never any issues with the stator/windings having any issues so we don’t epoxy the stator/windings. We could but don’t as it hasn’t been an issue.
We don’t fully epoxy the entire magnet as it’s typically not needed. You can see our spacers are typically longer than average. We haven’t had any magnet issues since we’ve added epoxy on the magnets.
If you want it fully epoxied. You would have to do that yourself. It definitely takes a lot of time to do it right.
Not to mention very little time to eff it up!
Been meaning to post the file but I keep forgetting. I modified @ducktaperules phase wire riser so it didn’t have the channels for the phase wires and added the light mount.
It’s attached to my electronics box and attached to the deck via 3m dual lock in case I need to work on it.
I’ve seen some actually attach it’s to the deck itself by drilling holes and using the supplied mounting options.
Please do.
I’d like to see if I can use it on my DW mbs
Oh that one! I make these. It’s a 30 inch with a kicktail and the nose is also “up” … I didn’t sell any to esk8 brothers … it’s mostly skaters who like to have this 90’s model. It’s based on the skateboards we used to ride in the early nineties. But the nose is kinda different so you can do better tricks, popping it around. I also did a 15 pieces limited edition for Candy Jacobs with her face and a motivational text on there
You have just gained a new best friend. Meet Brian.
Deck looks great. May I ask width?
It’s a 10inch
I used to have a Santa Cruz that resembled that, minus the kick on the nose. Looks very nice!
Sick as! Building robotic multipeds is a childhood dream of mine!
Is that real time or sped up?
That’s real time. First gen hexapod design I did but with Ax-18f servos. All speed, no torque
I’ll hopefully get there, although my actuator design is custom built synthetic muscles instead of servos.
That scuttling locomotion is awesome…
when I loose the ability to walk, through a freakish Flipsky related accident, I would really like you to make my mobility scuttler.
