Unbelievably well. I was worried when I saw more people picking surfrodz tkp than rkp for the turning. The rkps turn on a dime. The hummie deck feels great and the frit really locks you in. The bergmeisters are great quality and ride very smoothly. The gear drive is my favorite; snappier response and the most beautiful noise Iāve ever heard. So nice not having to worry about leaves or rocks getting in the belts.

I could definitely tell people could hear me coming more but overall it sounded quieter than belts.
Without nerding out too hard, I think itās the frequency range that does it. Same reason you can hear hot rods rumble from far away.
Lower frequencies (gears) have a longer wavelength and donāt interfere with air as much.

With DUALFSESC 6.6 and official firmware Batterie and Motor Max Amps 100A, it feels like no power. I mean no use to get those heavy outrunners. BUT, I have to improve settings and above all try ACKMANIAC firmware with vertical throttle curve. It gave me good results with 6374.
What surprised me, is that the motors were very hot, in spite if the low perfs. It was a hot sunny day, but I thought this big motor wouldnāt get hot so quickly. There is no temp sensor, but after 15 min ride I could barely touch it.
I alse have a DUAL ROXXY 12S box awaiting to be tested with 9āā wheels.

Ha ok I see, and if you put this carbon plate inside? So it will be part of the box.
(TBH I was hopping 12s24Ah fit in, but didnāt try or know it could ^^, I was using 12Ah or 16Ah(2x8Ah) only)

130KV and 10/35 for FSESC6/8"
Gear ratio will be 10/40 for ROXXY12S/9"

1:3.5 is a big low for 8ā even with 130kV.
Also 100A motor max on this motors is bottom line, but that also depends on your bat max settings. Make sure you upload the hw no limit firmware and change the absolute max current (but not over 240-250A) if you run so high motor max values. If no I run the risk to get cut outs (donāt ask from where I knowš
)
That the motors get hot is normal. Itās not correct that bigger motors run cooler.
