Vacuum former? I was gonna make one - how are you going to heat the sheets? @PatRocks

I made a heat box out of cardboard, foil and spray adhesive. The heating element is a propane heater, as I don’t have a 30A outlet in my garage. Obviously a slight risk of operation but it works!

Lol I saw that it was outside when the burner was on and it isn’t as sketch as I thought it would be XD

Is that really able to evenly heat the whole sheet?

It works well enough. The edges are not very hot, but the middle gets plenty flexible. As the edges are pulled down, they stretch the middle over the mold, then pull the excess down to avoid bringing (theoretically)

I’ll be typing it all up after a full attempt!
