I had that happen to me when I sanded my first board lol. It’s crazy how much you have to sand to get the clear coat all the way off .

edit: and that’s super cool btw. when I’m a bit older (my lady as well) you better bet I’ll be beer encouraging her to build her board and ride with dad. then again, anyone tried these Seltzer’s?

since moving away from the Colorado crew, this lack of craft beer has led me toward this dark… dark side of alcohol. they are not bad.

I just had a corner mouse circular sander. Went and got a palm orbital with 38grit and it was night and day difference

You cannot have too much filament.

I had tested something from Amazon, but it clocked up the hotend. Don’t know why.
Prusament Filament is on the way to my house.

You cant mate, I have a lot now though. I mostly smash through Nylon like it’s going out of fashion though. I must have printed 30 drums of that now

I’m rockin’ a Prusa i3 MK3S with pla and I ran out of filament that was included with the printer. I have a small printing service business. I would say, it pays off.

There is no way I could run a business with mine, it’s almost constantly printing for work and if not its printing for me!

Second printer is coming in the near future and Multi-Material of course. Mine runs almost 24/7.
