Are you asking how to disassemble them, or how that happened?
If you want to disassemble it, use an awl and hemostats and a hammer. Use the awl and hammer to punch a hole through the seal. Then use the hemostats to grab the seal and pull it off.

Nah, I never do that. This bearing was rear wheel where the pulley is… So I really have no idea how is this possible…
