hope ya got it fixed… but if not… check the filament tube at the top of the extruder… do a cold pul of the filament… then take out the capton tube… freshly cut it flush… you may have to clear a filimant bockage at the junction on the tube and the extruder…
creality filament tube holders are cxrap… i bet you have a blockage right at the junction of the extruder…
