Stupid me only later realized that the screen will always turn off after 70 seconds. Need to test the Maps app to check if I can at least get the directions appearing in intervals.

We were working for a couple month with our suppliers to customize all parts we will use in the Titan Project X. We were not entirely pleased with the MT 6396 and especially with their service. So we tried a couple of other manufacturers to team up with them.

The cooperation resulted in those beauties or should I say beasts?
We changed quite a lot from the basic model. On our list was:

50xx and 60xx bolt pattern
open can design on both ends for better thermal proprieties
cable routing on the side with robust and secure connection
curved magnets on both sides for stator and rotor
lowering the gap between magnets to increase efficiency
10mm shaft with keyway
special heat resistent glue for the magnets
special heat resistent copper coating
slightly higher KV than our previous motors to increase further the efficiency
higher quality inner bearings for less heat and again better efficiency
Hall sensor and temperature sensor
stealth laser printed anti corrosion logo

everything together should result in one of the MOST POWERFUL 63xx motors out there

We plan to test them with 6KW continues and 10KW peak phase power per motor.

Testing results will take a little since I got injured while testing a board and got a knie surgery last week.

But believe me, I’m at least as pumped as you are to stress test these babies.

Woah. Nice work brother. They look great!!

No many people are willing to say that as maytech have probably been some of the most reliable motors around BUT it’s nice to see there will be options widely available in a near future :+1:t3:

Thanks, I appreciate it.

MT was/is one of the best available motor manufacturers. But that doesn’t mean they are great. Ofc we tested them along with FS, APS, Saite and others, but as everybody knows by now, I am obsessed with power and reliability. I am also quite sensitive with customer service and if I am not satisfied with those things I’m gonna do it by myself.
