What makes you think an automobile accident is ICE related?
To bend an axel, and only one, to that extreme, 8mm or 10, the most likely culprit in the world we live in is definitely an automobile.
What else is running around so commonly with the weight and power to do such a thing? The board surely did not apply that much force to a curb. So my amateur detective skills do say it was a car.
But it could have just as easily been an electric one
@LongDistance that a three six deck? Looks like one. It’ll be fine. Lmao.

I just assume drivers of electrics are better people I guess

Cops don’t seem to give a shit, they didn’t file the report for 2 weeks not even sure if it ever got filed. Lots of hit and runs in this town

Took a 5 degree set on the front forks even with 4mm of unidirectional carbon fiber added. roughly 500 pounds on top of the board It did pretty good.

Not sure if it will just crack one day or not.

How so?

It’s like how owning a BMW has a high correlation with being an asshole, but the opposite of that.

Except the foolish part is assuming the assholery had any correlation with their choice of vehicle.
Unless we’re talking truck nerds.

I gots a purple 36mini, they’re tanks. Buuuut geometry on yours is a lil more fragile. Can’t stomp test it either you’d hurt your foot before your board…
I’d ride it.
Those skid marks… metal enclosure?

Stock Vereal enclosure saved the batteries when the shredboard deck snapped the front truck off.

Do you have the Taobao link?

I don’t unfortunately, we use this one phone that’s linked up to China and it’s separate from basically everything. If you search up 200x50 ę£ę–°č½®čƒŽ that should get you close though.

Very cool! If it’s better than the OG one then it’s going to be a beast :muscle:
What will the difference be with the original one?

@Skyart is this gripped with 1ā€ vicious strips?

I’m having trouble deciding how to grip my new Tomiboi mtb. Going back and forth between hexagons, strips, or just solid grip tape over the whole thing

Oh I don’t know… I posted it up as a meme I made last year. Popped up in my feed cause of that. :joy: as you can tell, their still coming

I am not sure what this man used lol, but I think he bough the board off a forum member. Il try to find out.

@tech.shit I’ve had a Toyota Corolla back up over my killshot on caliber 2 front trucks and boardnamics 220s rear, neither had bent axles and shoulder bolts are replaceable anyway. There is absolutely no reason to stay away from 8mm axles.

Edit: also rode that board for another 6 months until I made my way home to replacement parts

Geometrically speaking, the best grip from any material is offered by stripes that go perpendicular to your foot, as each one is a separate catch point against your shoe. But, because our boards rely on a lean to turn system, there are benefits to straight lines from tip to tail. And since people all have different stances, as well as goofy vs regular, the best generalized pattern would be zig zags, or whatever pattern of multiple thin lines fits your aesthetic.

+1 for that

vicious grip is the shit. One review said wears out/off but a spinning car tire didn’t wear any off so I don’t know how a shoe would
