That looks like it would be very easy to mix up. Iām really glad Iām seeing these details.
Iāve been playing around with swapping my 240mm and 210mm hangers on the same baseplate, and Iād bet I installed the washers incorrectly too.

New truck did not even survive one ride without damage. I am real bummed out.
Thought upgrading to CNC and making them more narrow by using the 280 hanger with 50mm axles instead of 70mm would make it withstand abuse better. Somehow it made it worse?

Bent or completely destroyed Matrix III both original and CNC, Trampa Infinity and a couple sets of FatBoy Finality channel trucks. Any other recommendations that would take my abuse or will I have to get into truck design?

Also maybe someone could provide insight into whatās the purpose of this through hole in the hanger? Is it just for weight saving or something more? Seems it could be considerably stronger if completely filled

are you jumping? or just hitting rough roads at speed? or whatās delivering the abuse?
for the same weight of material, hollow is stronger. (but also larger). so itās a matter of perspective if they used the same amount of material and made it stronger. or took away material and made it weaker.

I am doing all sorts of shenanigans. Jumps and flat landings, drops, grinds. Funny enough the last truck gave up after a simple 180 in place (no take off, no kicker or anything). But it must have been fatigued pretty hard up to that point.

Hello! Have you weighed your belt drive? The plates, pulleys, and square-section shaftāhow much does the whole assembly weigh?
I hate how squishy the suspension boards feel riding around normally and theyāre so heavy. But I also wonder how they would feel on harder landings.

From personal experience those individual suspension boards claiming to be offroad monsters are pretty much the opposite. They are good for reasonably flat terrain riding, otherwise they get damaged pretty quick and are a bitch to repair because of small parts and overly complex design.
Also seen quite a few people who try and get into jumping with them to quickly realize those trucks are not up to the task.
Again, talking about individual wheel suspension a la Acedeck Z3, Propel Endeavor or Baja. Wonder how something like the new Linnpower RaceAxis MT would perform but I remain skeptical.

I would have to create a build thread and Iām way too lazy for that.
I built a 20s3p RS50 battery to fit the enclosure without controller. D100s inside a trampa twin v6 enclosure. Wanted the controller to be on outside so I didnāt have to open up the enclosure ever. Waterproofed enclosure. Meepo Tundra 3-links which are built for a 30Ā° offset. 145kv 6395 reacher motors, Newbee 4gs drives 5:1. @alexb helped to design the adapters to attach drives onto 3-links. Revskateboard wide hubs with exway Exway 162 CST Track tires. Lastly a DavegaX to complete look. There were many other little mods but that would be a build thread. Haha
This is my last build. I am now having an affair with EUCs and a full traitor to the esk8 world. I say it proudly. Had a few spills on my esk8 builds which slowed my riding these 4 wheeled beasts. I find a EUC much easier to ride and explore this world and itās Hands free!
Iām only keeping this build to ride when Iām jonesing. Her name is āWokeā. Gave āHot Rod Lincolnā to my son and prepping āCherry Bombā to sell.
