I hope you’re okay.
Could you upload pics of the failed metal part?

Is that a hub motor and a mid drive powering the same wheel?
Lmao looks like it
Hybrid drive lol
How do you lock this up?
Then the front wheel, the batteries, the seat, and pedals are probably gone in 7 minutes
I haven’t had to lock it up, I usually keep it in the garage unless I am riding it. If I had to I would probably use a few cable locks and take the front wheel off because it’s a quick release. The batteries and mounts are all glued to the frame with the same adhesive that is used for car windshields
I don’t use these trucks, I just made the brackets
We need details in these parts
What is the name of this elusive compound?
I’ve heard it called betaseal but it feels just like a rubbery urethane glue. Closest thing I’ve ever felt to it is trampoline or heavy duty inflatable repair glues. I have a bounce house and a paddleboard you weirdos. Oh and that @BillGordon inflatable.
No I haven’t, cops don’t seem to even look at the bike when I’m riding it. I stay under 30 mph too which helps
I believe it was this. It comes out kind of thick and is pretty messy. But dries high durometer and seems to be a way more permanent and solid bond then silicone. Its a one time use thing from my experience, once you open the tube it’ll be a solid block in a day or so. That beta seal @Venom121212 brought up looks to be very similar.
Nice. Time to get a helmet now
Got that on the way
It’s gonna be an exciting summer with all these new esk8 trucks and wheels coming out
I think you mean a poor summer
The dude has it running as a 4wd, so space was limited. He ended up getting a custom enclosure fabricated for it and this was the biggest we could fit with a 200a discharge bms as well
Edit 4: that’s heavy. Not my favorite for me. Good for that guy tho.
