Yup, I had a boo boo months ago not talking about it (embarrassing) as my elbow and knee is good now (months to heal)-.something to do with lazily riding along with backpack on the board between my legs and straps getting eaten by the wheels. New skin spray- carry that on rides, it’s useful.
And wear a helmet….
charging only to 95% before starting out I got over 31 miles and had 26% left. The Mach 1’s capability is excellent
I wish I could get that range on it 
That last bit of time left on the charger often makes quite a difference too.
