Radium 45T pulleys are now available to pre-order:
I haven’t figured out bearings for 10mm shaft yet. Seems like the only option is MR2410 bearings so I’ll have to do some shopping around for those.

Im guessing these require the motor pulley to do all the belt alignment/guiding as the wheel pulleys dont have a flange?
Yes same as most pulleys for pneumatic wheels. The flange adds unnecessary friction.
Hmm, 45T seems low for a wheel of this size, but I guess since 3DS don’t make their 48T pulleys anymore this is the best available
Yes, more tooth on the wheel pulley would probably be a good thing, I imagine it has really good clearance now. If you need speed you can always compensate with a larger motor pulley.
A larger wheel pulley allows for a larger motor pulley too at the same ratio, which means less belt skip which means you can run your belts looser so you get better freeroll and efficiency
These pulleys are optimised for the Mach One. 60-65kph with 16T 205kv 12S on the SR125’s.
They are a little bit big for the Mad 105s but nice to be able to swap wheels with the same pulleys and belts.
Check out the new Mach One page to learn everything about the board:
Pre-orders for the limited 2024 production are on!
Doesnt mention gear drives… will there be gear drives and also, how long until gear drives?
It actually specifically mentions gear drives and the lengths they’ve gone to to avoid them
#belts4lyf
doe they come with the bindings?
technically i have them
but you can’t mount motors
would require 3gd or something of the sort to work with the current trucks
You’re right it’s worth $0 without gear drives
Does not. Will be an option later but also its pretty easy to DIY and we’ll have a tutorial video.
what about when theres an AT Radium board… or a swappable drivetrain… or… or… or… just wants em…
To the fiture i look… today is just about the first day ive chosen another board to ride since 03 came to me… as is is just fine.
My Flux has a swappable drivetrain. Im working on one for the Bro deck, sometimes i just like to swap… how about open cut?
Yeah we’re currently trying to weigh up whether we do an R6 compatible gear drive for the Mach1R or just go crazy with some cool ideas we have but then it won’t be compatible with the R6 trucks.
Open cut goes against our philosophy of attempting to make bullet proof boards but I believe @poastoast might have something that suits your fancy once we do the wider R6 hangars.
wider you say?
Wouldnt that make an R7?
Nothing can fill my gaping hole of need for ridiculously good looking esk8 parts sir.
I’ll see you at the checkout sir.
Good Day Sir.
So I got to try it, wasn’t really what I was expecting. Turning felt weird and odd that the antenna has to stick out the back, on the raith they put a window of only fiber glass to prevent RF being absorbed by carbon.
And it can only do 100 a because of a fuse or something ?
Also very curious why you would use a cone bushing, those are for dancing and pushing boards normally.
Overall no one on the Chicago track really felt that good, maybe the owner had it set up different ?
Oh and the wheels were like grippy until they were not, and like bounced
