For race boards, would it not make sense to maximise part consolidation to reduce potential failure points, by combining the core and pulley into one machined part?
Sure, when eboards reach F1 level and you’re happy to pay the price for hard to manufacture parts that yield 1% increase in performance.
Its crazy how many ideas sound good until you try to do them… Manufacturing and cost constraints can make 9/10 ways to solve something not feasible.

Merch is currently print on demand so its shipped directly from the printing service
At some stage but it will have to come with the deck, enclosure, suspension, trucks and motor mounts because its all one system.
