Are we referring to his v1 HeXLs that started snapping and bending? And then the eternity it took some people to get their replacement IF they got one at all?

I havent seen anything about packs but the hexls have had several issues
snapped hangers
sharp bushing seats (ruining bushings)
axles backing out of the hanger
I think topclouds posts were to explain the issues and reassure customers. But fuck knows what happened.

Oh yes, I was the one that complained about the bushing seats cutting up my bushings and my hangars bending lol. But I gave up on waiting for a replacement and gotten rid of them a long time ago

No matter what happens, I try not to hold it against anyone though. I understand there are a million factors that go into me being a satisfied esk8 customer and sometimes vendors have zero control. So it’s all okay.
The only vendor that I hold a grudge against is that one guy who bought a prototipo deck and enclosure for $200 and has the audacity to ask for my MBS hubs
