Poast's Breadshop (github of printables)

I honestly dig how you left the amazing branding uncovered. That’s what this sport is all about right? A little bit sacrifice…

~ 3 months in the works, here’s a new esc box with enough space for receiver, logger/ble module, an airtag (or whatever tracking thing you want long as i can get some dimensions, i’m sure i can squeeze it somewhere)

and is good for most splashes! (will get proper winter testing later on, but as of now it’s pretty much shower certified and mostly sink faucet resistant)

104 x 176 x 56mm in max dimensions

atm it’s set for stormcore but i may be able to make it work for other escs if i can get hole measurements

256g with 16% infill density & 4 wall layers @ .2mm layer height.
will upload soon, making some final cleanups and will provide an assortment of parts

hw required:
8x m4 40mm screws
2x m3 10-12mm screws
brass inserts, i designed the holes around these ones:
M3 insert

M4 insert

mt60s will be the connectors for the motors (without the end caps, you’ll have to use heat shrink as the connector will not fit through the hole otherwise)

right! update:

turns out, not everything i wanted to fit in, fit in.

there’s should be enough space for a pucc/ other remote receiver (wild guess on other receivers) and a ble module/logger.

it was tough to fit the phase connecters through though, and the final shape is not to my liking as much as i want it to be

so i’ll still put the files up when i got the time in the coming day or 2, but i will be back in and designing the box to make further improvements
(lowkey wanna try and prove water resistance is possible while being smaller in volume than the 3ds box :stuck_out_tongue:)

ok good news! after a month of sitting around and like a week of rework, happy to release [2.6.12]!

this version is smaller overall than type 5 (old name scheme), but has more space for more stuff! I think. I made it more spacious after some shuffling

I removed the spot for the airtag since I thought the battery bax may be a better place for it, and added space for a usplit!

now it truly fits a logger, gps module, and the remote rx. Phase connectors are now designed to be outside the enclosure as a small downside, but measures can be taken to waterproof and protect them. the battery connector is still inside though so it is for sure protected

it is shower approved, from all angles you’d expect rain to come from, but it is not capable of dunking for the most part (though if you manage to dunk your MTB up to the box, you may have more pressing issues  )

here’s the link , you can find all you need there, steps and stls and whatnot

good news first!
i have a batch of 9 RH poastmotes!

LH batch may or may not be made depending on demand
$55 including shipping (within US)
international, pm me

*i have small hands

includes a poastmote, custom buttons, thum nub, and backpacks for bigger hands!

(no pics of backpacks for following bad news

so, as of 2 days ago, it’s not confirmed yet, but my computer has shit the bed, so right now i have lost access to all of my cad files

currently, it is in for repairs but it is now guaranteed that it will come back to me with any data. so all progress on the current V2 poastmote and catbox may be left where it is, so no further improvements may come to it

however! new project such as the uwubox (catbox for ubox, legit just came up with the name), while delayed, will come out eventually. more to come! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
