personally, I think hoodies make little sense overall. the hood is useless.

I don’t have any armored hoodies, but in the cold I like hoodies, despite never using the hood, because it acts like a scarf in the back at the neck/helmet/shoulders interface. It’s a wind blocker.

absolutely correct, and I stand corrected. I wore out a ranger hoodie from tadgear.com when we lived in the Midwest, specifically, to keep cold rain off of my neck, running down the back and making me look like I sat in a puddle lol
