Untracked letter is only available for pulleys because they’re “subsidized” if you get them alone. They dont actually get labelled as a letter they use the more expensive one its just a “discount”.
I can check on the actual cheapest price for the tracked standard, maybe discount that too.

At this point I’m all but giving up. On mid September last year I put in an order for a pair of BN 220mm hangers and a pair of street M1 gear drives. The package was received to my home in Latvia within a month with multiple parts having sustained cosmetic and minor functional damage. The gear drives had parts for BN270 hangers and 10mm axles, rendering them useless to me. The 8mm axles shipped in the package were obviously used with blue Loctite residue on the hanger side treads. I was able to use them, however.
To this day Ben hasn’t replaced the incorrect parts and all communications have been next to non-existent. I have asked for a refund multiple times to no avail. I see no financial sense to pursue legal action and I’m tired of wasting my own time to force Ben to make good on his promises.
So, buyer beware. I can tolerate supply problems especially with smaller vendors, however this shoddy communications are inexcusable. To all EU buyers, I’d recommend you get your BN parts from Full Send Electric as their service is exemplary and shipping times fast.

Yet another esk8 vendor rips and runs. I regret ever recommending this guy to people in the past.
And please don’t trot out the old, tired “maybe he’s having issues/problems/trouble” bullshit. There’s no excuse for not even providing the bare minimum of communication.

Second one shows as delivered on the “tracking” you get with royal mail’s business dashboard but if its not arrived I’m not posting another so I’ll just refund you.
How about you get your shit together and stop making excuses. You clearly don’t give a fuck and it shows.
