Oh there was this other time when Jake and I got kicked out of a macdonalds by the manager, Senora Fascista, for sitting down in a booth with our boards after ordering our food. My board had died as i was rolling into the parking lot, so i was fiddling with the button or something and she probably thought it was going to ignite or something.
She came over and told us to leave and i was like “i haven’t finished my food yet” and she was like “i don’t care gringo GTFO” and i was like “find my refund then find yourself fucked!” (i may not be recalling the conversation exactly but it felt like this is how it went, but it probably was a lot tamer than i recall) anyway she was being a right cunt so i threw my fries on the floor and left for the parking lot where jake and i used a cigarette lighter to resolder my button leads and melt some plastic over it so it wouldn’t short.
then i decided to sit there for a minute and called McDonald’s corpoprate, who connected me to the franchise owner, and i left him a well spoken message.
Later he called me back while i was in the shitter and we got to talking and i was already cooled off by then, so i apologized for all the swearing but mentioned i was kind of shocked at the hostility over a skateboard then he was like “oh it was over a skateboard?” and i was like “yeah, we ride electric ones we built, skate down to that macdonalds all the time and have never had an issue before. I can’t imagine you won’t have people bringing thier rides inside since your directly off the paved trail, so this may be a problem” and he was all “oh damn that’s the coolest shit! Anyway you’re always welcome in my store, i’ll have a word with the manager, come see me sometime my office is in the building next door.”
The next time we went there was a new manager.

Ah I see. A lot of the non cannabis states started selling this black market weed oil cartridges. A lot of these illegal ones are made with vitamin E acetate which is killing people when smoked.
A friend in Texas just got released from the hospital from it. There were 5 other patients in the hospital from the same problem, one died

It’s an oil so they use it to cut the cannabis oil. Perfectly harmless until smoked. Then it coats the lungs and causes them to swell

Do you do other shapes, too or is it your personal one and only favorite shape? I saw lots of decks you did in the past, but i think i recognized always this shape.

Very unique imo is this pretty damn wide kinda looking w-convave you designed to get yourself some more space for the electronics on the underside. Always a pleasure to see your solutions on everyones problems. Im pretty curious how this feels and how they ride.
I can only talk from my experience and three years on the board lives up to its reputation.
After two years of countless emails, and an almost eternal thread of ping pong, Perth International Airport has agreed to shut down the main runway and allow myself to hold an official fastest speed record attempt.
And yes, I am using the exact same board, same hubs I have been riding in excess of 105.7kmh for the past two years.
Im holding no expectations other than riding to the limits the board and surface provide and look forward to updating with the official results.

Sounds rad, please post pictures or videos if possible! Maybe mount a 360 camera on the board? Kudos for the extreme perf. Takes some serious skill and training to manage yourself at this speed.
