Not hard to copy, but I don’t think 3D printed pulley will hold with that much material removed, I may try it

the desing is interesting, but as you say, not sure if 3d printed pulley will hold

Also, on the 8M pitch they use there is way more space for debris to pass , on our tiny pulleys I foresee rocks getting stuck anyway
And on top of that, the Carbon belts are way stronger and can crush things
