Why is the MTSKR1905WF twice as much as the MTSKR2005WF? Just further waterproofing?

MTSKR1905WF has 2 modes, Esurf and Esk8, function is different.
Also the further waterproof cost is much higher.

I thought esurf mode just disabled the brake trigger 
Also allows for a cruise control function in esurf mode but I haven’t tried it out.
I want my brake trigger more than I want cruise control.
Definitely want an esurf too though. I went out on one of these on the weekend. It’s the future!

Does an esurf use brake, if not that’s a waste of throttle real estate…
An esurf does not use the brake, no. That’s how all that real estate can go into cruise-control control.

Would like to try their remote but I have heard it has really poor waterproofing for efoil. Was going to get the esk8 one and waterproof it myself.
