shipping might cost £100+
But by then you will have decided to sell it half the price you paid for itš
Spent HOURS dismantling the builds⦠Actual weights are updated on the shared google sheetā¦

If anyone is getting rid of bushings lmk
how do you guys handle the import taxing ? do we have to be affraid about that ?
now this would be a nice scene under a christmas tree⦠preferably mine
2 options:
Declare it as a gift (iām unsure of UK laws on whether this is still taxed)
Under declare to about 300pounds? or lesser? Iāll take any suggestions
if you want my advice. for EU marked as gift not always is the best choice. Make a private transaction. There are preform online. Both the names and the value can be really low. That counts as invoice and works better
Import tax in the UK is a bunch of bollocks. Just under declare and we should expect to pay 20% of the parcel value + random fees of around £30
sending as a gift would be a bad option
Would a fair amount be Ā£300? - Not sure if my post office would believe that I will spent more on shipping than the actual value of the package itself. (I could probably say that itās for a University project )
I really hope this package doesnāt get lost
I wouldnt worry about it. It isnt USPS
And £300 is fine.
im really not too good with importing stuff⦠what if they open up the package and see used goods, will they believe the 300 ?
Iāll just say that all of these are university equipment.
