I was supposed to receive my new laptop for CAD stuff. Ordered a thinkpad Lenovo from Lenovo and was supposed to ship in 3 days. It’s been 25 days already and no sign of shipping. They say they will take another 2 weeks. If multi billion dollars companies can’t keep their promised timelines then how does a one person or two persons company do that?

If you requested a refund from Lenovo it would be processed within 12 hours.

I got a couple of those “your battery will ship out next week” messages myself and it sure blows. But at the end it was totally worth the wait. They sure put a lot of time and attention to details

Yeah I really don’t know how this is going to play out.
I don’t want to hurt Cory’s bottom line/financials(by PayPal refunding) cuz I’ve heard what him and Ben have had to go though these last few months, but… I kind of want that same care reciprocated?
I get that it can be challenging to contact someone on a remote island, I do. But I also see how a cheap android phone with a shitty international 2gb data plan can keep someone in contact.
