You could probably do a pretty good headless boarse rider.
Put a fake head in your helmet and carry it when you don’t need to wear it, attach (fake) head to board when you need to wear helmet. Or backpack I guess.
You can look up how to make headless people costumes
Could joke about how dangerous esk8 is, just crashed earlier broke my head off.
A person who don’t have arm or head ,freely riding on the street may attract many people.
