Help with my build please :)

That looks good for a discharge bypassed bms. You can add a fuse for charge circuit but don’t add one in discharge circuit.

I opted to use a holder. But will admit it is a little bulky. So if space is tight the fuse can be soldered directly in line.

I would do that, but the pack is already built. Otherwise I would.

I can see that you have no space restrictions whatsoever :rofl:

@Posterduck either way is good.

It looks like there are multiple jst pitches (2, 2.54, 3mm). Does anyone know what pitch the Unity uses?

@Deodand can chime in but I believe it’s probably the most common one which is 2mm

I had to go over to “the other place” to find the specs. Thay are JST PH 2.0MM 6 Pin connectors.

One of the last things I have to figure out is the settings in the unity for the motors. I have done a bunch of reading and just can’t figure you what the motor values should be. I know my pack (10s4p) is 60A discharge and about -16A for regain.
How do you figure you figure out what the motor values should be? I am running the ugly gold motors if it matters.

I believe unless I am very wrong that those are maybe 140kv?

I think so. Somewhere between 140kv and 160kv.

what gauge wire is on the fuse holder. Do you have a like for the holder?
