If it’s not a setup someone would make on their own, they probably don’t want to risk buying it from someone used…most people would rather parts for their own designs

Just add a price to each component and see what it totals to, I personally would add a discount for buying that much value of parts in bulk than a fee for it being assembled
A used part should be about 60% give or take 20% depending on condition, so $600 of the $1000 is reasonable
