No just kidding. Unfortunately broken flipsky ESC s are quite common. Most just ending up in the bin. If you can diagnose the issue. It might help.
As is I would say $50 or so is reasonable. But again that’s hard to say since the condition is unknown
To that end. Try removing the plastic housing and getting a nice top down, straight on picture. We might be able to find the damaged component. Does the device smell funny? Sulfur/burny ?
