Favorite Wheel Colors 🌈

I can hardly sleep at night under the weight of this responsibility.

Fortunately, I’ve already tested a procedure for this, so it could happen.

@xsynatic But the 107’s are not the kegel core

FTFY

Has dying proven to be safe enough? I.e. won’t ruin other properties of the wheel, such as longevity

Yeah there have been multiple threads where people who have dyed their wheels have complained about chunking issues

I see no option for pink with purple unicorns. (preferably in strawberry/elderflower scented thane)

Which color would you dye them?

Vote for that color.

Unless you want multiple colors for a set which would be cool as in each wheel a different color (I’d go for two colors for a diagonal match).

You’re a princess in my heart

That’s genius, I want strawberry scented wheels as well. And one set with weed scent to fuck with the police and their dogs.

Having never done it before, i cant speak from experience. That being said, I’ve seen many people doing it, and as long as they didnt weaken the wheel chemically (removing branding with acetone), the wheel held up fine.

but…why? I think i’m still going to vote for white :stuck_out_tongue:

Just lube your bearings with cannabis oil

 Nah I would rather not sit in the station while they test all my shit.

Edit and that would be a waste of oil.

Nothing is too heavy. I have a 10S10P skate. That feels like picking up a piece of furniture. Seriously.

It’s all about whether the cost/benefit ratio is good enough.

If it can offer a super smooth ride and be easy on the battery range, then I’d at least try it

And I build light boards. But still put batteries in them that are heavy af and big ass wheels, because the cost/benefit is there. But do I need digital displays and intricate lighting systems and other doodads? Not on these. Maybe on a build you can park outside… not carry in and up the elevator or put on the shopping cart.
