@mmaner do you have a link to an example of something from builders you mirrored with the tool? I used the Hummie Hubs thread as starting point and all I have got so far is a broken page with the Raptor ad picture and two buttons. And no, i don’t block stuff in Firefox
edit: Now its looking better, 1GB stuff already and theres a loading circle without loading anything 
I havent mirrored builders with the tool, Ive mirrored other discourse sites at my job.

I think you are right on that. It doesn’t work out of the box to backup discourse forums with httrack because it is mainly JS.

Builders is like a hot, crazy girlfriend that keeps threatening to leave you, except she ain’t that hot now, and has proven to be much more of a psycho than you originally signed up for. First couple of times it was like, “Noooo! Oh God, noooo, don’t leave me!” 
Now, it’s like, “you promise? FFS, just go already. But let me clear out that garage of old build threads and info that you’ll probably just toss out or burn out of spite.” 
New News forum is way hotter anyway.
