Dead battery, or recoverable?

What is a noselm? I tried searching around the forums and didn’t see any hits for this phrase.

Success story of something similar.

It looks like 18650s will actually discharge that low. Still seems weird to me that they all went to 0.3. but I’m no expert. Glad this worked out! I’d definitely baby it for now

Here’s what the BMS says. I’ll do some research on it before I button the battery back up. Thanks for all your insights

Edit: I think the BMS might be the charge-only BesTech D140
