I’ll respond to your email. We’ll figure it out.
That one definitely belongs there! Thanks!
I have missed so many awesome builds.
Any chance someone who registered to buy one a couple weeks ago would hear back soon?
The way purchasing works at the moment:
- You fill in the order form at davega.eu.
- You wait really really long.
- I finally email you to ask if you’re still interested.
- You confirm.
- I send the PayPal invoice.
- I ship out your DAVEGA one or two days after receiving the payment and send you the tracking link.
- It arrives within 2 weeks… unless you happen to live in Australia.
- You live happily ever after.
Reducing the (2) from “really really long” to at least “really long” is my top priority now. It’s harder than it may seem.
hahhaha. “unless you happen to live in Australia”. … too true. But worth the wait Janpom. I now have DavegaX installed on new subsonic deck. It is great. But yes, it took for ever to get here…
No worries, I’m enthusiastically completing step 2 as we speak lol
Thanks for the reply. Hope the email/invoice doesn’t go to spam. I’ll keep an eye out
Can’t wait!
Firmware v3.2.0 and bootloader v3.3 available
Most important updates:
- screen redraws much faster (bootloader v3.3)
- current time retrieved/displayed from Metr Pro CAN
Both is shown on the video below.
CHANGELOG entry:
# bootloader v3.3
- faster display refresh
# v3.2.0
- support for VESC FW v5.02
- retrieve/display real world time from Metr Pro CAN
- fix: auto-reset session does not work if DAVEGA is on while charging
- fix: DieBieMS: braking sometimes causes switching to BMS screen
Note that the major version doesn’t change so the new bootloader can be used with the older (v3.1.2) firmware and the new firmware can be used with the older (v3.2) bootloader.
See the user guide for how to install.
Hi, can you ship one to the US ASAP if I order right now?
Please advise, I can pay for express or priority shipping.
No, sorry, there’s a waiting list. Please create an order at https://davega.eu/ and I’ll get back to you as soon as I have a unit for you. Please assume 1-2 months.
I’ve recently received several complaints about delays in shipping. This relates to the packages shipped to the USA with the Czech Post in October. Usual delivery time is between 1 and 2 weeks. Quite a few packages have been in transit for nearly 3 weeks now with no updates. Out of 32 packages total, only 1 was already delivered and 2 are about to be delivered. I’ll keep an eye on the tracking and keep everyone posted here.
I also looked at the delivery times to the USA in the past. Here’s some data:

As you can see, while between 1 and 2 weeks is usual, there are two packages with 42 days delivery time in May/July.
Please don’t panic. It’s very likely that shipping has only been delayed due to the second wave of the covid-19. The packages will arrive eventually.
Illinois is horrible enough to live in, BUT 42 days? damn
Thanks for the update though @janpom
Good news regarding shipping. It’s moving forward. Out of the 32 packages:
- 3 were already delivered
- 3 are out for delivery (will likely be delivered today or tomorrow)
- 10 arrived to the USA today and got updates to the tracking info
Do you know a vender that is selling a riser for the Display???
My deck is flat, an angled view would probably be best
I can print one for you. You’ll need to use nylon M3 bolts though instead of the ones supplied since it’s not possible to make the riser such that the mounting holes are completely straight. I’ll see if I can source some.
How much for this?
Also will you be able to also find the appropriate screws if not do you think LHB can find the right screws as you suggested???
@janpom question for you. When I charge my board to 100% the davega bar indicator doesn’t fill up. The last two remain blank… is there something I need to change.
Currently runnin 14s not sure if that effects anything I made sure in the battery config I set it to 14s…
Anything else I need to change/update ?
TIA
