I don’t care for features, give me a solid Rx / Tx with great signal authority / robustness as well as FHSS and signal encoding / locking, and I’ll sit up and listen.
Features mean nothing if I lose connection in a noisy signal- / pedestrian heavy environment.

lil bump, been a few years now and since most seem to be using more modern firmwares like 5.1 and above, anyone still using BLDC?
More specifically, has anyone used BLDC mode on modern firmwares, and which ESCs? I am trying to figure out if a Unity can run BLDC, but Unity only has official VESC firmware from 5.1 and later. Did try with 5.1 but got bad detection.
If Unity is out of the picture, which ESCs can run modern firmware with BLDC?
It should run BLDC jsut fine on 5.1, ive ran BLDC on 6.02 with Solo ESCs and it was great
Odd, i got bad detection results and couldnt run. On FOC set up everything was ok. So it made me think that unity cant do BLDC
