Everyone does black friday for like 3 weeks these days. I just assumed they were being tight and not giving a black friday deal

For those who dont know, this is how ~70% of the “sales” on black friday work. Look at a price tracker for the item you’re considering, and you’ll likely see the price creeping up in the weeks leading up to BF, so they can “slash the price” down to exactly what they were charging normally 6 weeks ago.
“Sales” are quite often a total scam. When someone says “XYZ% OFF!” your first question should always be “off what?”
Yeah I never kept track of their board prices.
