Haha i know from experience that achieving both power (real gut twisting power) and real range on a off road board is a big pain in the arse! your battery should indeed carry you 80km, this is what i got out of my 55AH battery using dual 80100 motors and 9" tyres. I’m questioning myself if it’s worth to aim for both things in one board though, other than for the glory and conquest! i kinda miss my old 6384’s consuming 18wh/km

This board is purely for long range and dick swinging 
it’s 4wd on 170kv 6374s and 8inch tires on a 4:1 ratio. Maybe I’ll step up to 80100 if I build a 2wd mtb

Haha I get you mate! Dick swinging is indeed a big part of building overkill boards! your 4wd will have the potential of giving more torque since you got more grip! I went with 2wd and oversized motors instead of 4wd since the pros and cons was in the favour of 2wd for me

Thanks Eboosted, sorry to keep bothering you - but do you think two NeoBox HW6s would fit in that enclosure as well? Wondering if height will be too much - Think they read as 22mm tall.

12s8p modular pack using $3 littokala cells 4000mah it has 2 BMS so it functions as 2 X 12s4p packs I accidentally over discharged 1 layer so now it’s only 12S4p on paper each layer can push 120 amps reality was they sag at 45.

Hmm you might wanna work on the balance wires a bit. Try to have them not overlap each other, you could cut and neaten them

Yes it appears they could use more sauce
